Aaliya Adam

Aaliya Adam is a professional with substantial experience in tax and digital marketing, currently serving as an Assistant Tax Manager at BDO South Africa since September 2022. Aaliya has held the position of Senior Tax Consultant at the same firm, and previously worked as a Tax Assistant Accountant at Genpact and an Assistant Tax Accountant at Massmart. Additionally, Aaliya has been the Digital Marketing Manager at Innovative Promotions (Pty) Ltd since November 2017. Early career experience includes a role as an Internal Auditor at Tradeport Group. Aaliya holds a BTech Honours in Cost and Management Accounting from Durban University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Tax Technician Practitioner qualification from the South African Institute of Taxation. Aaliya's educational background also includes attendance at Rydalpark Secondary School.
