Carl Bosma

Carl Bosma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance consulting, internal audit, and technology risk advisory, currently serving as a Director at BDO South Africa since January 2002. Previously, Bosma held the position of Director at BDO Spencer Steward Risk Advisory (Cape) (Pty) Ltd from January 2009 to February 2011 and served as an Audit Manager at BDO Spencer Steward from January 2002 to December 2008, where responsibilities included organizing internal audits and managing audit teams. Bosma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, completed from 1998 to 2001, and attended La Bocage International School in Mauritius from 1990 to 1996.
