Jacques Barradas

Jacques Barradas is a seasoned auditor and accountant with extensive experience in the audit and accounting industry. They hold a CA(SA), Registered Auditor, and JSE Reporting Accountant Specialist designation, focusing on providing solutions to audit and accounting challenges in the natural resource sector. Jacques began their career as a trainee at Trade Centre Group and Robert C Palk and Co, later advancing to roles such as Audit Manager at Grant Thornton Kessel Feinstein and Group Financial Manager at Tedelex Mobile. They have served as a Partner at Grant Thornton from 2006 to 2018 and currently holds the position of Director in Audit at BDO South Africa, showcasing a strong proficiency in International Accounting Standards and risk management. Jacques earned their B.Compt (Hons) in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and completed their CA(SA) through SAICA.
