Mansoor Sungay

Mansoor Sungay is an experienced senior IS Audit Manager at BDO South Africa since March 2019, previously holding the position of IS Audit Manager. Prior to BDO, Mansoor worked at PwC UK as a Control Assurance and Advisory Senior Associate from May 2016 to February 2019. Mansoor served as an Assistant Manager at the Auditor-General of South Africa from April 2014 to April 2016, focusing on risk management in the public sector. Earlier experience includes a role as an I.T Audit Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche from October 2008 to March 2015, where responsibilities included conducting IT General Control reviews and data analysis. Mansoor began the career as an IT helpdesk support consultant at Sanlam in August 2008. Mansoor holds a Matric from Cravenby Secondary and a BCom Honours in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape.
