Thando Masanabo

Thando Masanabo is a Senior Internal Auditor at BDO South Africa since October 2019, overseeing audit projects and ensuring adherence to professional auditing standards. Thando has extensive experience in training junior staff, conducting audit data analytics, and maintaining client relationships. Prior roles include Internal Auditor and Junior Internal Auditor at BDO, where Thando contributed to project planning, conducted audits, and prepared reports. Thando also founded Pads-R-Us NPO, which supports women and girls in South Africa with sanitary products and education on health and career guidance. Previous positions include an Internal Audit Intern at the Department of Environmental Affairs and a Volunteer Administrative Assistant at Tshwane University of Technology. Thando holds a Baccalaureus Technologiae and a National Diploma in Internal Auditing from Tshwane University of Technology.
