Leneth Chan

Leneth Chan, ACS, currently serves as the AVP and Training & Development Section Head at BDO Unibank since December 2022. Prior to this role, Leneth held various positions at Accenture in the Philippines as the Training Quality and Organizational Engagement Lead from January 2021 to November 2022, and at AIG as the Training, Strategy and Organizational Engagement Director from June 2019 to December 2020. Leneth's extensive experience also includes roles at EXL, where responsibilities ranged from Manila Operations Program Head to Senior Training Manager, and at Cognizant as a Training Manager for BPS Insurance. Leneth's career began at AIG, progressing through several training-related positions. Leneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an AB in Guidance and Counseling from St. Scholastica College, Manila, completed in 2003.
