Amy Rojik

Amy Rojik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and audit committee practices. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Association of Audit Committee Members Inc since March 2022, Rojik has been with BDO USA, LLP since March 2004, where roles have included Managing Partner - Corporate Governance, Partner, and Director. Prior to that, Rojik held the position of Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from July 2002 to March 2004, reporting to the Professional Practice Director, and worked as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1993 to 2002. Educational qualifications include an MBA/MS in Accounting from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA/BS in Economics and Psychology from Union College.
