Ben Vesely

Ben Vesely is a Principal in International Tax Services at BDO USA, where they have been since 2021. Previously, they served as Managing Director in the same division, specializing in complex international tax issues and cross-border M&A transactions. Ben holds an LLM in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law, along with a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. They also gained legal experience as an Attorney at the US Small Business Administration and as a Summer Clerk at the Georgia Court of Appeals.
