Chad Dupic

Chad Dupic is currently the Managing Director of Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services (ARAS) at BDO USA, where they solve complex accounting challenges and guide clients through the audit and IPO processes. They previously served as a Director at MorganFranklin Consulting and as Corporate Controller for iPass, where they led the accounting department during crucial financial operations. Chad began their career as an auditor at BDO, later holding various roles that focused on technology and life sciences companies. They also taught managerial accounting for the MBA program at William Jessup University San Jose. Chad’s diverse experience includes a unique secondment at BDO Australia, which broadened their exposure to different client types.
