Charles Arinder is an outsourced CFO and financial strategist who specializes in helping businesses grow and remain audit-ready. They graduated with honors from The University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S.B.A in Accounting and Finance. Charles previously owned and operated Caliente Grille, a modern-Mexican restaurant, before taking on a pivotal role at Felipe’s Mexican Taqueria, where they served as Executive VP of Brand Strategy and Supply Chain, significantly expanding the brand. Currently, they work as an Assurance Director at BDO USA, leveraging their extensive restaurant experience to support clients in optimizing their financial performance.
