Chip Morgan

Chip Morgan is an experienced tax expert currently serving as the Managing Director of International Tax at BDO USA in Southern California. They have held leadership roles as an International Tax Partner at two Big 4 firms and as VP of Tax for publicly traded companies in the software and semiconductor industries. Previously, Chip served as CFO for Saban Capital Group and has extensive experience in cross-border M&A structuring, global supply chain optimization, and tax compliance. Chip holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BS in Business/Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
