Colette Harper is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in talent development, specializing in curriculum planning, design, and execution. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director for Leadership Development at BDO USA, Colette is involved in aligning leadership development curriculum with firm strategy and fostering a culture of coaching. They completed coaching training through CTI in 2018 and have been a part of various initiatives aimed at promoting women's inclusion within the organization.
