David Malson

David Malson, CMI, is an experienced professional in the field of tax incentives and property tax management. Recently serving as Managing Director and Senior Manager of Credits and Incentives at BDO USA in August 2025, David has also held significant roles at Praxair, Inc. as Property Tax Manager and at Ryan as Senior Consultant in Property Tax. Prior to these positions, David was Supervisor of Property Tax at International Paper. David's academic credentials include a Certificate in German from Bielefeld Tandem Academy, a degree in International Business/German from Central Michigan University, and a BS in Finance from Oakland University.
