Debby Spear

Debby Spear is the Director of Client Development at BDO USA, where they lead efforts to cultivate prospective client relationships and strategic partnerships throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. With extensive experience in business development for professional services firms in the Maryland-Washington, D.C. area, Debby has successfully overseen initiatives that drive revenue growth and foster connections. Prior to BDO, they held significant roles at Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. and The Appraisal People, Inc., where they consistently achieved revenue increases and developed strong business partnerships. Debby has also contributed to community engagement as a board member at the Beacon Institute - Lifespan Network and as a volunteer with the Center for Social Value Creation at the University of Maryland. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Maryland.
