Donna Chamberlain is a retired Global Expatriate Services and Charlotte Tax Office Managing Partner at BDO USA, LLP, with 30 years of experience in compliance and consulting services in the global mobility and expatriate assignment tax arena. They advised global companies on structuring international assignments and payroll reporting, while also assisting individual assignees with tax compliance both in the US and worldwide. Prior to their tenure at BDO, they served as a Manager at PwC. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUC Oneonta and an MBA from SUNY Binghamton.
