Herb Lockyer is the Managing Director of Tax Automation & Innovation at BDO USA, where they leverage 25 years of experience in global tax accounting and reporting. Herb previously served as the Managing Director of Tax Performance Engineering at BDO USA and held key roles at Longview Solutions, where they oversaw software implementations for large multinational clients. With a background in corporate tax departments, Herb has a passion for enhancing the efficiency of tax processes through technology and is dedicated to upskilling fellow tax professionals. Herb earned a Graduate Tax degree from Villanova University School of Law and a BSBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
