Jeff Stine

Jeff Stine, CPA, is the Managing Director in BDO USA's Transaction Advisory Services practice, bringing over 17 years of public accounting and corporate finance experience. They specialize in mergers and acquisitions, having dedicated the past 7 years to M&A advisory services for various clients, including corporate and private equity sectors. Jeff has extensive expertise in leading financial due diligence engagements and supporting clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Prior to their tenure at BDO, they led the finance function for a multinational software company's acquisition and divestiture activities. Jeff is currently pursuing both an MS in Accounting from San Diego State University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
