Joel Gross, JD, LL.M. is an accomplished International Tax professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting for diverse clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Currently serving as the International Tax New England Market Practice Leader at BDO USA since August 2019, Joel has successfully expanded the practice from a team of 3 to 17 full-time professionals. Prior roles include Director of International Tax Services at KPMG, Director of International Tax at Iron Mountain, and Managing Director at True Partners Consulting, among others. Joel has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. Joel holds a Master's in Law (LL.M.) from Boston University School of Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Western New England University School of Law, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Skidmore College.
