John Badovinac

John Badovinac, MPA, is a dynamic Executive and Educator with over 30 years of experience in the public sector and more than 25 years in academia. Currently serving as an Assurance Managing Director at BDO USA and a Principal at JNB Consulting, John has demonstrated expertise in leadership, complex problem solving, and change management. With a strong background in organizational development, John previously held roles including Director of Organizational Development for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Vice President at both Emerald Advisers and State and Local Government Consulting. John has also taught at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and Elizabethtown College, focusing on various subjects including Public Policy and Organizational Behavior. John holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Vincent College.
