Kevin Murphy is currently the Assistant General Counsel at BDO USA, a position held since 2015. Previously, Kevin served as a legal fellow at the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the U.S. House of Representatives and worked as an associate in the Banking & Institutional Investing Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where they represented various financial institutions in significant corporate actions and transactions. Kevin also held the role of Assistant Director for Licensing and Compliance at the Center for Research in Security Prices from 2011 to 2015. They earned a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, along with Bachelor's degrees in History and English from Middlebury College and a degree in History from Trinity College Dublin.
