Lauren Templeman

Lauren (Soles) Templeman, CPA, MBA, has a diverse professional background in tax and financial services. Lauren began her career at Keiter as a Tax/Audit Intern, progressing to Associate, Tax Senior Associate, and then Tax Supervisor, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, advising on tax matters, and leading research initiatives. Following a role as Financial Recruiting Manager at Vaco, Lauren has been serving as Business Development Director at BDO USA since November 2017. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Randolph-Macon College. Additionally, Lauren demonstrated leadership skills as Campus Activities Board President during college.
