Leslie Bolan

Leslie Bolan is the Managing Director in the Houston office of BDO’s International Tax practice, bringing over 19 years of experience in public accounting. Previously, Leslie served as a Director in International Tax at PwC from 2015 to 2023 and held various roles at EY from 2008 to 2011. Leslie specializes in international tax planning for multinational clients in the energy sector, focusing on cross-border transactions and complex technical issues related to U.S. taxation. Leslie is CPA licensed in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Leslie earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
