Lora Warren is a proposal management professional with expertise in process improvement and strategic opportunities. With over eight years in corporate management and ten years in government agency contracting and proposal management, Lora currently manages the proposal department and capture team at HORNE, responding to Requests for Proposals and supporting business development initiatives. An honors graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Lora served on the Moot Court Board and participated in healthcare transactional law competitions. Outside of work, Lora enjoys baking and spending time with family while supporting the West Virginia Mountaineers.
