Michelle McDevitt is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in executive-level recruiting. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director and Director of Partner Recruiting at BDO USA since 2008, Michelle leads firmwide partner recruiting efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of Talent Management at CEB (now Gartner), where Michelle worked as a team lead in the Sales Consulting Division, and Team Leader in the Recruiting Division at Capital One, focusing on the Retail and Business Banking Division.
