Nate Collins

Nate Collins, CPA, MST, is the Principal and National Practice Leader of BDO’s United States M&A Tax practice, where they bring extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, working with private equity groups, strategic buyers, and acquisition targets. Nate has directed various due diligence, structuring, and negotiation efforts for transactions both domestically and internationally. They have a background in consulting and accounting through previous roles at Deloitte, Aon Corporation, and Leo Burnett Worldwide. Nate is currently pursuing an MS in Taxation with Distinction at DePaul University and holds a BBA in Accountancy, graduating Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago.
