Patrick Fodale

Patrick Fodale is the Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, where they lead the Interim Financial Management practice and advise private equity sponsors on portfolio acquisitions. With over three decades of financial executive leadership experience, Patrick has held various critical roles including Interim CFO and Transition Officer in more than 100 turnaround and restructuring situations. Previously, they served as CFO for companies such as HomePlace Holdings, Color Tile, and United Road Services, where they successfully led significant financial turnarounds. Patrick holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Michigan.
