Patrick Tye

Patrick Tye is currently a Principal in M&A Transaction Advisory Services at BDO USA, having previously served as Director in the same department. They began their career as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte and advanced to Audit Senior Assistant before moving into transaction advisory roles at BDO USA, where they eventually became Senior Associate and Manager. Prior to their current role, they held positions as Vice President of Corporate Development at Spreetail and Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
