Ryan Iness possesses a diverse skill set and extensive experience in education, sports, law, and consulting. As a Tennis Instructor at Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District and Sunset Athletic Club, Ryan supervised numerous transactions and coached students in tennis. At the University of Oregon, Ryan served as a Traveling Competitor and Fundraising & Uniform Committee Leader for the Club Tennis team, while also providing academic support as a Student Athlete Tutor. Ryan co-founded MineProm, a virtual high school prom event, and held various leadership roles, including Director of Program Development for the UO Business Honors Program and President of the Oregon Undergraduate Law Journal. Experience as a Law Clerk at London & Paris LLP involved preparing legal documents and discussing case issues with clients. Currently engaged with BDO USA as an International Tax Associate and Campus Ambassador, Ryan also partners with IYM Consulting LLC on AI-integrated projects. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Oregon, complemented by a minor in Legal Studies.
