Tom Smith

Tom Smith is a Principal in BDO USA's State & Local Tax practice, where leadership extends to the Tulsa office and includes a national role as the SALT healthcare industry leader. With a career initiating at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as an Auditor IV, Tom has accumulated extensive experience in various tax-related roles, including Partner at HoganTaylor LLP and Tax Managing Director at KPMG, LLP. Tom also served as Treasurer for Oklahoma Methodist Manor Inc and held a managerial position at Price Waterhouse Coopers, overseeing practices in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern State University.
