Vincent Hulstrom

Vincent Hulstrom is currently a Partner in M&A Tax at BDO USA, where they provide tax structuring, modeling, and diligence services to private equity and large strategic clients. Previously, they served as Managing Director of M&A Tax Services at KPMG, specializing in similar services for a diverse client base. Vincent began their professional journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oregon and later worked at KPMG as a Federal Tax Senior Associate. They achieved academic excellence, earning both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, graduating at the top of their class. Additionally, Vincent was a Division I baseball player at the University of Portland, leading their team to a state championship.
