Adam Brown

Adam Brown is the National Managing Partner of Accounting at BDO USA, where they leverage over 20 years of experience to guide Fortune 1000 public companies and pre-IPO firms through complex financial transactions. Previously, Adam held a Professional Accounting Fellowship at the SEC, where they consulted on financial accounting standards and contributed to the development of rule proposals. Adam began their career as a Senior Manager at BDO, leading financial statement audits across various industries. They earned an MBA with honors in Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and a summa cum laude BBA in Accounting and Management from Hardin-Simmons University.
