Ann Bryson-Eldridge

Ann Bryson-Eldridge, MLIS, CPTD, is a seasoned leader in learning strategy and business transformation with extensive experience in workforce capability and measurable business impact. Previously, they served as Performance and Accountability Manager at the South Carolina Department of Administration, where they consulted with executive teams and facilitated strategic planning across numerous state agencies. Currently, as Senior Manager of Learning at BDO USA, Bryson-Eldridge leads the design and execution of learning strategies for the Assurance Specialty Practice, supporting over a thousand professionals nationwide. They hold a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University.
