Ashley Testa

Ashley Testa is an accomplished Director of Operations in the Public Sector at BDO USA, where a reputation for excellence has been demonstrated through the receipt of the BDO Public Sector COMPASS award. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at St. Michael's Inc., where Ashley held multiple positions including Senior Manager, and contributed to key projects with the Defense Logistics Agency and the Department of the Navy. Additionally, experience as a Senior Analyst at Accenture Federal Services and an Executive Staff Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency further solidified Ashley's expertise in marketing, communications, and talent management.
