Brendan Sullivan

Brendan Sullivan is currently a Tax Principal at BDO USA, having progressed to this role after serving as a Tax Managing Director since 2006. At BDO USA, Brendan manages compliance and consulting projects for a diverse range of corporate and flow-through clients, focusing on tax accounting methods, meals and entertainment studies, and M&A activity. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completed in 2005.
