Carol Crews

Carol Crews is a Director in BDO's Center for Healthcare Excellence and Innovation, where they focus on contract compliance, revenue enhancement, and practice management systems. Previous roles include Director of Healthcare Consulting Services at The LBA Group and Director of the Central Billing Office at Diagnostic Cardiology Associates, where they managed revenue cycle processes across multiple locations. Carol also held various positions at St. Vincent's HealthCare from 1980 to 2002, contributing significantly to various healthcare consulting initiatives. They are currently pursuing an Associate's Degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
