With over 18 years of experience as a consultant and educator, Casey has helped transform organizations across various industries while delivering tailored learning solutions. Previously, they held positions at Eastern Michigan University and Washtenaw Community College, where they advised student leaders and mentored students. Casey also owned Iris Baking Company and has provided consulting services that emphasize sustainable business solutions. Casey earned a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
