Charles Irvin

Charles Irvin is a Partner in BDO USA, LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, bringing over 15 years of public accounting experience. Currently leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements in the technology sector, they have managed over 50 technology deals in the past two years and serve as BDO's national leader for technology and software transactions. Before joining BDO, Charles spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they held various positions in Assurance and Transaction Services. Charles earned a B.S. in Accounting, graduating cum laude from Pepperdine University.
