Chip Morgan

Chip Morgan is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax planning and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at BDO USA since 2013, Chip leads the International Tax practice in Southern California. Previous roles include VP of Tax at Kofax, where responsibilities encompassed global tax planning for an inverted corporate group, and Director at Paraclae, LLC, specializing in financial and tax consulting. Chip has also held executive positions as CFO at Saban Capital Group and VP of Tax & Corporate Assurance at International Rectifier. With a solid foundation in international tax gained through tenures at Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand, Chip holds a BS in Business/Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from Columbia Law School.
