Christy Cheung

Christy Cheung serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at BDO USA since October 2011, where responsibilities include transforming visionary ideas into actionable strategies to promote organizational growth and enhance operational efficiency. Christy also holds the position of Assurance National Director for Resource Management and Operations, providing strategic direction for resource management and scheduling across the US Assurance practice and offshore delivery centers. Previous roles at BDO include Director and Senior Manager of Internal Development, managing audit team assignments and maintaining skill profiles for over 160 associates. Before joining BDO, Christy worked as a Talent Director and Senior Account Manager at Kforce Professional Staffing, focusing on candidate sourcing and staffing solutions. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Penn State University, where involvement also included student development.
