Colette Harper

Colette Harper is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership development, training, and coaching. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director for BDO USA since January 2007, Colette has held various managerial roles focused on leadership skills and curriculum development across the firm. Colette also works as a Professional Coach with Fiercely-You since January 2020 and previously contributed to Texas Family Fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor. Early career experiences include teaching technical and application courses at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Michigan and managing training operations at Gateway and New Horizons, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, scheduling, and curriculum development. Colette’s educational background includes studies at Davenport University and New Horizons.
