David E. Brown

David E. Brown, CPA, MBA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Private Equity Services at BDO USA since May 2019. With extensive expertise in private equity, Brown supports sponsors and funds through a range of audit, tax, and advisory services. In addition to this role, Brown has contributed as a Board Member for ACG Chicago since January 2017 and has held leadership positions at Riveron Consulting as Managing Director, Tatum as Partner, and Merrill Lynch as Financial Advisor, among others. Brown's career in finance began at Price Waterhouse as a Staff Accountant, and education credentials include a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
