Previously, Dean held the title of Partner at Marcum LLP and MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, focusing on executive strategic direction and SEC practice leadership. With a background at Grant Thornton LLP as Managing Director, along with roles at WithumSmith+Brown and other organizations, Dean brings over 15 years of expertise in public and privately owned companies, complemented by a BA in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
