Debby Spear is the Director of Client Development at BDO USA, where they cultivate prospective client relationships and strategic partnerships to expand the firm's client base in the Mid-Atlantic region. With extensive experience in business development, Debby previously held roles as Business Development Director at The Appraisal People, Inc., and Director of Practice Development at Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. They also served as a Senior Director of Business Development at Joseph C. Sansone Company and as a Board Member at Beacon Institute - Lifespan Network. Debby has been actively involved in outreach initiatives, including volunteering for the 5th Annual Social Enterprise Symposium at the University of Maryland, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
