Donna Chamberlain is a retired Global Expatriate Services and Charlotte Tax Office Managing Partner at BDO USA, LLP, with 30 years of experience in compliance and consulting services within the global mobility and expatriate assignment tax arena. They advised global companies on structuring international assignments, tax policies, and payroll reporting both in the US and internationally, utilizing the BDO global network. Donna previously managed a team of over 50 tax professionals and served as the US representative on BDO International's Global Expatriate Center of Excellence. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUC Oneonta and an MBA from SUNY Binghamton.
