Gabriel Ibars, CPA, currently serves as a Managing Director at BDO USA since January 2021, having progressed through roles including Senior Manager and Experienced Manager. Prior to this, Gabriel worked at MBAF from January 2016 to August 2022, where positions included Tax Manager and Supervisor, and at Colbert Boue & Associates, LLP as a Staff Accountant from June 2013 to November 2015, focusing on tax return preparation for various entities. Previous experience also includes roles as Bookkeeper/Controller at Arredo Italiano and Tax Intern at Marcum LLP, as well as finance and investment internships at CareCloud and Merrill Lynch, respectively. Gabriel holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans.
