Gene Heatly is the Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, where they have been since 2010. With twenty-four years of public accounting experience and six years in industry, Gene has specialized in corporate state income and franchise tax, along with sales/use and property tax. Their prior experience includes serving as Tax Director in Multistate Tax Services at Deloitte Tax LLP and as State & Local Tax Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. Gene holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Taxation from Baylor University.
