Grace C. Li, CPA, is a Professional Practice Principal at BDO USA, P.C., with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, SEC reporting, and cross-border transactions. For the past 21 years, Grace has been a key member of BDO's Assurance and Professional Practice group, leading initiatives in SEC compliance and serving as an Engagement Quality Reviewer. Previously, Grace held senior finance roles at notable companies such as Polycom, Mitsubishi Electric, AT&T, and IBM, which enriched their perspective on public company operations and public accounting.
