Heather Ross

Heather Ross has extensive experience in software operations and information technology management, currently serving as Sr Manager of Software Operations at BDO USA since September 2016. Prior to this role, Heather held positions including Operations Support Manager and Senior Developer in Operations Support at BDO USA. Heather's career began at SS&G, Inc., where responsibilities evolved from basic IT support to leading IT operational management across multiple offices. Additional experience includes serving as Information Technology Manager at HBK CPAs and Consultants and a brief consultancy role at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Education includes multiple associate degrees in Office Management and Computer Technology, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Business and Technology from Kent State University.
