Ilya Lipin

Ilya Lipin serves as a Vice Chair of the M&A Committee and Chair of the Tax Section at the Philadelphia Bar Association while also holding multiple leadership roles at BDO USA, including Tax Principal and Mid-Atlantic Region SALT Practice Leader. With previous experience as Managing Director for both the Atlantic Region and Philadelphia State and Local Tax Practices at BDO, Ilya also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Tax Professor at Villanova University. Ilya is involved with several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Law360. Educated at prestigious institutions, Ilya holds multiple advanced degrees in law and business, including a JD from Cooley Law School and an MBA from Villanova University.
