With extensive experience in SOX 404, SEC reporting, and various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, Imran has successfully transitioned many clients from Big 4 firms to BDO over the past decade. They have managed the New York metro insurance and banking practice and have specialized in developing marketing strategies and talent development within the firm. Imran previously served as a Partner at BDO from 2006 to 2013 and began their career as a Staff Accountant at ARA, CPA. They hold a B.A. in Accounting, Economics, and Computer Science from Queens College.
